You sign up and upload your logo
Create a free account and tell us about your club. Upload your logo, choose your club colours, and paste in your website URL if you have one. That is all we need to get started.
We build your branded merch range
Our team takes your logo and creates a range of 8 to 10 products — shirts, hoodies, caps, mugs, sticker packs and posters — all designed and branded for your club. Your store is live within 48 hours. You approve the designs before anything goes public.
Share your link or embed it in your website
You get two things: a unique store URL you can share anywhere — email, social media, newsletters, QR codes at events — and a single line of embed code you paste into your website to show your products directly on your own site. Your supporters buy, products are printed and shipped automatically, and your club earns from every sale.

After print, shipping and Stripe costs, the remaining profit splits exactly 50/50 between your club and Merch Van — that's your starting point. You decide what your club earns, or how much cheaper your members get their merch. Slide between three modes or set your own margin from your dashboard.
